Renaissance Holding which already built 4 shopping centers in Turkey , announced they'll be opening 16 more Shopping Centers in various cities in the next 5 years. Renaissance Shopping Centers Project Manager Ahmet Sarı pointed that they have built Optimum in Istanbul and Ankara, Sanko Park in Gaziantep and Malatya Park in Malatya and they have ongoing Shopping Center constructions in Istanbul, Adana and Izmir."
RENAISSANCE WHICH GREW 1.2 BILLION in REVENUE, IS GOING PUBLIC
Renaissace Chairman Erman Ilıcak announced they are aiming for 30-33 percent growth in 2011 as the Renaissance Group. Ilıcak who pointed out that their 2010 revenue is 1.2 billion dollars, said "1 billion dollar of the total revenue belongs to our Construction Company. This year we are expecting 30 percent growth in the revenue, also the total assets of the holding is 2.2 billion dollars. We will run towards commercial real estates this year both in domestic and abroad. Also we will continue our growth in the Energy field. Our Construction Company is ready to go public. Later our Energy Company can go public too. Also we have ongoing partnership negotiations with some foreign companies. " "
